Discovering the Visionary Behind Our Wellness Journey

Ms. Sabine Altidor is an Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANCP) Board Certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who has been extensively trained in comprehensive pain management in outpatient settings. She collaborates with physicians, performs in-patient office assessments, and provides minimally invasive pain management for all her patients.

From an early age, Ms. Altidor found her passion in helping people manage and treat their pain. She graduated from Northeastern University in the 90s and has spent more than 30 years working with and treating patients in the Emergency Departments with acute and chronic pain. She has spent her career working side by side with physicians, anesthesiologists (in PACU), and Orthopedic surgeons in outpatient surgery centers. Aggressively treating patients and addressing their pain levels and needs with comfort and solutions while utilizing the most current medical therapies and technologies available in the market today. Ms. Altidor understands that pain is the main reason people seek medical attention, and she is committed to helping those suffering from acute and chronic pain. She has traveled the globe learning new practices in Asia, Europe, and other countries with the hope of sharing this knowledge with her fellow professionals back in the United States and offering multiple pain solution options to her patients.

Ms. Altidor learned at an early stage in her career that proper pain management allows people to keep functioning and allows them to live a more fulfilling life. She uses a holistic approach to pain management that includes considering a person’s lifestyle and activities in their daily living. Nobody is identical or patient the same. Everyone is unique and must be treated this way to truly find a solution to their specific needs in addressing their specific pain management.

Ms. Altidor prescribes and administers primary medications for her patients. In addition, she is trained to administer mild pharmacological interventions such as Platelet Rich Plasma, Platelet Rich Fibrin, Exosome injections, mild opioid analgesics, and herbal modification. She works as both an educator and a consultant to provide evidence-based training in multiple methods of pain management for each of her patients and fellow professionals.
